Nicky, a Sheffield Business School MBA graduate in International Business, brings extensive experience from the financial sector and business development to the table. With a tenure since 2002, Nicky spearheads the company’s strategic management. A driving force behind its commitment to green credentials, Nicky champions initiatives like attaining the EcoVadis Gold Standard.

Director
Cam, an entrepreneurial visionary, specialises in niche markets and innovative strategies. With a knack for generating groundbreaking ideas, he spearheads future strategies and explores new markets. Cam’s dynamic background in entrepreneurship fuels his drive to pioneer ventures and revolutionise industry landscapes.
Ben Clarke
Operations & Contracts Manager
With over nine years of managerial experience, spanning since the age of 18, Ben brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Holding certifications in IATA Dangerous Goods by Air, ADR Dangerous Goods by Road, and IMDG Dangerous Goods by Sea, Ben has been a pivotal part of the company since 2015, serving in roles such as Business Development Manager and Warehouse Manager. Currently overseeing daily business operations, future expansion initiatives, contract management, and revenue generation, Ben consistently meets and exceeds KPIs while embodying qualities of focus, dedication, approachability, strong work ethic, effective communication, and a clear vision for success.
James Adcock
Warehouse Manager
James has been with the company for nearly 6 years, initially starting as an agency worker before transitioning to full-time employment. Through dedication and adaptability, he mastered various processes and progressed to Warehouse Supervisor in 2022, eventually becoming Warehouse Manager in March 2023. James holds certifications in diverse areas including DSE, first aid, fire marshal, and conflict management.
Maryellen Brown
Transport Manager
Maryellen, a seasoned Transport Manager, brings over five years of logistics planning experience to the table. Certified as a professional competence transport manager, she adeptly combines her theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, honed through her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Tourism Management from The University of Salford. Maryellen’s leadership ensures the smooth and efficient operation of transportation activities.
Kieron Greveson
Business Development Manager
With over a decade of experience in the waste industry, Kieron has collaborated with companies of diverse sizes. He serves as the Business Development Manager at Vantage Waste Solutions. His expertise lies in optimising waste management strategies, saving costs, and maximising waste’s potential to drive sustainability initiatives. Kieron is dedicated to helping companies achieve their environmental goals while enhancing their bottom line.
Joel George
Operational Chemist & TCM
Joel, a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Leeds, has honed his expertise in laboratory settings, analysing data on diverse oil types and testing PEM Electrolysers for green hydrogen production. Committed to safety and clear communication, he embodies Vantage Waste Solution’s ethos of sustainability and operational excellence. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, Joel eagerly contributes to the company’s success.
